PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle guide system in which the image of a convenient road map related to a forward guide path can be matched easily with the actual forward road without averting the driver's eyes from the forward view when the image of convenient road map is presented on a head up display. SOLUTION: The vehicle guide system comprises a heath-up display 9 and a display controller 10 therefor wherein information is provided from a control processor 4 and the image of a convenient road map concerning to the forward guide path is displayed in the direction of the front glass of a vehicle. The head up display 9 reflects an image presented on the screen of a display 91, e.g. an LCD, on a light transmitting reflector, i.e. a combiner 92, disposed at the front glass 11 so that a driver can view the virtual image in the direction of front glass 11. |
