PURPOSE:To shorten the length of the pipe in an intake system and constitute a cooling water system to a simple system, in an engine equipped with a two- stage supercharger. CONSTITUTION:As for an engine equipped with a two-stage supercharger, an intercooler 4 is arranged on a nonsteered side, and the pipe ranging from the intercooler 4 to a high pressure side supercharger 1 is shortened, and an aftercooler 3 is arranged in the upper part of a bonnette B, and an inertia pipe 5 is arranged on the steered side of the engine under the aftercooler 3. |
