PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously preserve coffee into a good drinking state having a suitable temperature and superior taste by interposing a heat-resistant heat radiating mat between a heater for a coffee-maker and a coffee pot set thereon, or between a hot plate and the coffee pot set thereon. SOLUTION: A heat-resistant heat radiating mat 4 is interposed between a heater 2 for a coffee-maker 1 and a coffee pot 3. The heat radiating mat 4 is preferable to be a silicon sponge body having gas permeability and, when it is formed circular, a circle opening hole 12 is provided in the mat 4 and a notch 13 bored in the outer circumferential edge 11 of the mat is provided continuously to the circle opening 12. In being used, a glass pot 3 filled with coffee (c) is heated to approximately 70-80 deg.C for a prescribed time or more by the coffee-maker 1 via the coffee mat 4, the temperature is adjusted by the heat radiation of the coffee mat 4 so as to be held at a drinking suitable temperature approximately 70-80 deg.C and prevent the scorching smell and the boiled-down action. |
