PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing material for photographic sensitive material high in productivity, low in cost, capable of being manufactured without causing any thermal deformation (wrinkles, seams and waving, etc.), and thermal deterioration (melting and biased expansion, etc.), of a supporting body, good in appearance, high in physical strength and excellent in light shielding performance and heat-seal property while securing the properties required for the photographic sensitive material wrapping material by using a single-layer T die which is generally used in the conventional practice. SOLUTION: This packing material is a multi-layered packing material with a double-layered coating layer 11'a constituted of two layers and arranged on one side of the supporting body 1a, the layer 11'a is constituted of thermoplastic resin molded by melting, extruding and coating the hot-fused thermoplastic resin. The double-layered coating layer 11'a is provided with a layer constitution which is obtained by laminating the intermediate coating layer (2)1 a whose thickness is 7 to 30μm and a surface coating layer (2)2 a whose thickness is 7 to 30μm one by one.
