PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive unit building in which the mechanical strength of the floor joist of a part intersecting on a separation wall is not lowered even when the small beam of a reinforcing floor is not attached. SOLUTION: Separation walls 5, 6 intersect with a floor at the position of the small beam 34 of the floor of an upper story building unit. The floor joist 35 of a part intersecting to the separation walls 5, 6 is cut, and the end of the cut floor joist 35 is mounted on a metal plate provided on the small beam 34 of the floor. In addition, it is divided into on-floor separation wall 61 and an underfloor 63 at a position intersecting the separation walls 5, 6 with the floor, the on-floor separation wall 61 is erected on the metal plate, and the underfloor separation wall 63 is attached to the lower face of the metal plate. Then, the small beam 34 of the floor is inserted in the inside of the underfloor separation wall 63.
