PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide forms for a slope frame capable of being thinly folded up in the case of transport and in the case of storage, being lightweight and being easily handled and capable of being manufactured at a low cost and a slope frame structure using the forms. SOLUTION: The forms K1 for the slope frame has four form components 1. The form component 1 has two frame bodies 10 formed of crimp wire gauzes and installed so as to substantially correspond. The connecting sections of link members 12 are engaged with the frame body 10 and the frame body is connected rotatably. Connecting sections 11 are formed by bending wire rods at the inner end sections of the frame body 10. Shaft members are inserted to the connecting sections, and a plurality of the form components are coupled foldably. No opening is formed among the frame bodies 10 and the spacers 12 when the form components 1 are folded up and superposed in the connecting sections 11 and the base sections of the spacers 12, and the form components 1 are bent so that these frame bodies 10 and spacers 12 are brought to a mutually parallel state.
