PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a method for installing ceiling panels, which facilitate installation of the ceiling panels in the construction field. SOLUTION: According to the structure and the method, the ceiling panel (1) has a surface plate (2) arranged on a surface thereof, and the surface plate (2) of the ceiling panel (1) has its ends protrude to form projecting margins (3). One of the projective margins (3) is cut off, and a square timber-like receiving member (5) is attached to the projective margin (3) in the vicinity of a cutoff-side under bed. Then, the cutoff-side under bed of the ceiling panel (1) is mounted on the receiving member (5), and the other end of the projecting margin (3) on the side opposite to the cutoff side is mounted on a beam (4) of a building. |
