The invention concerns a device (100) for <i>in vivo</i> spectroscopic analysis of metabolites of a culture medium, by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The device comprises a arrangement of tubular conduits (110, 120) designed to be positioned in an NMR analysis apparatus, said arrangement having an input (109) and an output (115) adapted to be connected to a reactor containing the culture medium, a first portion (101) wherein there is defined a helical path of the culture medium in which the nuclei of the cells of the culture medium are magnetised, and a second portion (102) wherein there is defined a rectilinear path along one direction and the opposite direction of the culture medium in which some nuclei are energized and the NMR spectra of said nuclei are recorded. |
