PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device capable of performing ideal cooking while saving fuel consumption without requiring a limited installation place. SOLUTION: An inside cylinder is protruded to be opened to the upper edge of an encircling plate 2 in such a hood form as to encircle an cover-mounted opening by using a protruded plate 5, which is provided inside an cover-mounted opening of a frame body having an extending floor plate with the rectangular cover-mounted opening and an exhaust hole 40 near one side, along the inside of a cover to be mounted in the cover-mounted opening in such a manner that it is made lower than the cover and curved at both right and left side edges of the cover-mounted opening with its upper edge directed inside, and a screening plate 33 having upper edge protruded to the front and rear of the cover- mounted opening. The inside cylinder is formed in a two-split cover by mounting an exhaust member having an exhaust control mechanism arranged in an exhaust hole, on one side of the screening plate, integrating the lower edge of the lower part of the inside cylinder with the blocked inside of the frame body, arranging blocking plates 12 at both ends of a top plate formed in arched cross section at both right and left edges of the cover-mounted opening and mounting handles 13 at desired positions.
