The computer housing (1) consists of a rectangular box with flat side (4) and top surfaces (5) and it has a flat hollow floor (2). The hollow floor forms part of the cooling system for the computer. Air enters parallel square- or rectangular-section channels (21) at the first end and is collected by an adapter manifold (3) with a connection (31) to a ventilation fan (7) at the second end. The air is drawn through a network assembly (6) and exhausted to the outside (61).
