METHOD AND APPARATUS RELATED TO INFORMATION DATA ASSOCIATED WITH GRAPHIC IMAGE DATA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a means capable of accurately reproducing related information data such as sound signal seven when the data are printed out at high density together with image data.

SOLUTION: In order to maximize an S/N ratio during data recovery, a read sensor is kept nearly on the center of each data block throughout reading. In order to perform active track servo control, positional deviation information is previously judged or judged in real time and a printing/reading ink jet execution format carriage means keeps the read sensor on the center of the track in conjunction with a paper feeding means. Functions are added to an ink jet type scanning printer so that the printer can further operate as an information data restoration system or an information data recovery system concerned with digitized data in the graphic data image. Additional functions are given to a digital camera itself so that the digital camera acts as a restoration/reproduction device for printing out the stored information data.
