An inspection device for distinguishing surface treatment of vehicle panels is provided to check whether a product is left out and distinguishing exportable panels from domestic panels on an inspection table prior to conveying the vehicle panels to weld. An inspection device for distinguishing surface treatment of vehicle panels comprises a conveying unit(20), a driving unit, a power transmitting unit(40), an inspection table(50), and a work table(60). The conveying unit conveys vehicle panels. The driving unit activates the conveying unit. The power transmitting unit transmits the driving unit with power. The inspection table distinguishes exportable panels from domestic panels according to surface treatment of the vehicle panels. The vehicle panels are mounted on the work table. The inspection device distinguishes the exportable panel from the domestic panel prior to a welding process, based on the idea that reflectivity of light on a cold rolled steel sheet is different from reflectivity of light on a zinc coated steel sheet.
