<p>Disclosed are: a hyperbranched polymer; and a resin composition comprising the hyperbranched polymer. The polymer is produced by adding a compound represented by the formula: (HS-CH<SUB>2</SUB>)p-R<SUP>4</SUP> [wherein R<SUP>4</SUP> represents a single bond, a C<SUB>1</SUB> hydrocarbon group, or a C<SUB>2-22</SUB> hydrocarbon group which may contain an S atom or an ester-forming O atom in the skeleton; and p represents a number of 2 to 6, provided that p is a number of 2 when R<SUP>4</SUP> is a single bond, p is a number of 2 to 4 when R<SUP>4</SUP> is a C<SUB>1</SUB> hydrocarbon group, and p is a number of 2 to 6 when R<SUP>4</SUP> is a C<SUB>2-22 </SUB>hydrocarbon group] to one or some of (meth)acrylate groups in a compound represented by the formula (1): (1) [wherein R<SUP>1</SUP> represents H or a C<SUB>1-4</SUB> alkyl group; R<SUP>2</SUP> represents a residue produced by subjecting n's OH groups in a group R<SUP>3</SUP>(OH)<SUB>m</SUB> to ester bonding; R<SUP>3</SUP>(OH)<SUB>m</SUB> represents a C<SUB>2-18</SUB> polyhydric alcohol, an ether produced from the alcohol, an ester of the alcohol or the ether with a carboxylic acid or phosphoric acid which has an unreacted OH group remaining therein, or a silicone; and m = n, and n represents a number of 2 to 20].</p> |
