PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered lactic acid-based soft film excellent in restoration properties with respect to the deformation of a film at a room temperature and also enhanced in the close adhesiveness with a container held to a low temperature state. SOLUTION: In a multilayered lactic acid-based soft film equipped with at least three layers, the intermediate layer contains a mixture of a lactic acid-based polymer (B), an aliphatic polyester (C) with a glass transmmition temperature of 0°C or below and a plasticizer (D) as main components and both surface layers contain a thermoplastic resin (A), which is different from the main component of the intermediate layer, as a main component and is characterized in that the value of loss tangent (tanδ) at 20°C measured under the condition of a vibration frequency of 10 Hz and a strain of 0.1% by the dynamic viscoelasticity measuring method described in the JIS K 7198 A method is 0.1-0.8.
