<p>A floor panel (3) with an elastical tenon (4) is provided. The panels are engaged to each other by an elastical tenon (4) and groove (2) which are set at the side of the panel. The uppersurface and lowersurface of the tenon have an arc shape. There is a horizontal indented gap (5) at the top end of the tenon (4) which detaches the tenon into two parts. The two parts can be elastically deformed when the tenon is inserted into the groove (2). The fore ends of the upper and lower edges (1) of the groove are shaped as a rostriform hook so as to match with the uppersurface and lowersurface of the tenon (4). When the tenon (4) is inserted into thegroove (2), it can be clicked by the rostriform hook so as to be integral with the groove (2). The construction improves the strength between the panels and makes the installation of the panel convenient. The panel can be laid on the cement ground directly so that nails and keels can be omitted in process of the floor installation, and can not destroy the ground.
