<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature distribution measuring device which is thin type, light weight and at the same time, which can measure the temperature distribution on a cell surface without imparting an adverse influence to power generation by preventing increasing of interior resistance in a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature distribution measuring device 140 includes: a substrate which is a lamination of a plurality of insulating bodies; electrodes D1, D2 which are provided on both sides of the substrate to come into contact with the laminated cells 10a of the fuel cell 10 as well as being electrically connected to each other; and metal patterns Pa, Pb which are formed on an inner layer in the substrate as well as comprising a thermocouple which is not electrically connected to the cell 10a nor the electrodes D1, D2 and arranged between the cells 10a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
