<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording apparatus having the housing which is improved in the heat radiation property of the electronic substrate, with respect to the recording apparatus having an electronic substrate vertically disposed along the inner side surface of a housing. <P>SOLUTION: The recording apparatus includes: the housing 3 constituting the appearance of a recording apparatus body; and the electronic substrate 15 vertically disposed along the inner side surface of the housing 3.
