[Problem] To provide a stretchable electrode and wiring sheet that are capable of maintaining high conductivity even when elongated, and a biological information measurement interface on which the stretchable electrode and wiring sheet are laminated. [Solution] The stretchable electrode and wiring sheet according to the present invention comprise an electrode and a wiring which are sheet shaped and which can be laminated on a base material. The stretchable electrode and wiring sheet are characterized in that: the electrode comprises a first insulation layer and a stretchable conductor layer provided on the first insulation layer; the wiring comprises a three-layer structure including the first insulation layer, the stretchable conductor layer, and a second insulation layer; the electric resistance of the stretchable conductor layer is equal to or less than 300 Ω/cm; and the load on the electrode and wiring sheet at the time of elongation to an elongation rate of 10% is equal to or smaller than 100 N.
