PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a money deposit and withdrawal apparatus which cleans a conveyance path of coins without decomposition of the money deposit and withdrawal apparatus.SOLUTION: A money deposit and withdrawal apparatus comprises: a conveyance path for conveying coins inserted from an insertion hole and a plate-like cleaning tool provided with raised fibers on at least one surface; a conveyance belt placed along the conveyance path, for conveying coins and the cleaning tool along the conveyance path; an insertion sensor provided in the conveyance path, for detecting the insertion of coins; an insertion sensor detection stop section for stopping detection of the insertion sensor; an identification sensor provided on the downstream in the conveyance direction of coins and the cleaning tool of the insertion sensor in the conveyance path, for identifying denomination of coins; a distribution plate for distributing coins to each denomination; and a denomination sensor for detecting distributed coins for each denomination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
