PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paving method enabling a permeable layer and an impermeable layer to be easily formed with a single construction of a surface layer, by forming an intermediate layer where a non-solidifying rubberized asphalt is impregnated into an upper part of a base layer formed by an asphalt mixture for a base layer or cement concrete.SOLUTION: There is provided a non-solidifying rubberized asphalt composition that contains 80 to 90 wt.% of asphalt having a penetration of 60 to 80, 5 to 15 wt.% of a modifier, 3 to 10 wt.% of a process oil, 0.5 to 4 wt.% of a strength reinforcing material and 0.1 to 1 wt.% of an additive and that has a viscosity range of 3,000 to 100 cP at a temperature range of 130 to 170°C. The waterproofing and draining functions of the non-solidifying rubberized asphalt layer block water or moisture from penetrating into the underlying layer and protect the roads from damage due to freezing phenomenon, a non-solidifying rubberized asphalt layer forming the intermediate layer firmly binds with the base layer by paving temperature and pressure added during a paving process of a surface layer, and therefore water resistance and durability are improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
