The invention relates to a device for filtering contaminated air, comprising a housing which comprises a delivery area for the contaminated air, a discharge area for purified air which is separate from the delivery area, at least one opening which is accessible from the outside and at least one holding device for at least two filter arrangements. Each filter arrangement comprises at least one filter. Said holding device can be moved between a first operating position and a second operating position and vice-versa. In the first operating position of the holding device, the contaminated air flows through the filters of at least two filter arrangements and in the second operating position of the holding device, the contaminated flows through the at least one filter of the at least one filter arrangement, whilst at the same time the at least one filter, charged with filtered contaminants, of the at least one other filer arrangement which can be withdrawn through at least one opening in the housing, accessible from the outside, and can be replaced with at least one non-charged filter with filtered contaminants. |
