<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode ink for a solid polymer electrolyte fuel cell for forming a catalyst layer containing polymer electrolyte in a stable state, excellent in safety when manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: After drying a mixture of a catalyst-carrying conductive carbon powder and a first polymer electrolyte dispersed liquid, a heat treatment is applied to the obtained mixture, and a catalyst carrying conductive carbon powder on which polymer electrolyte is adhered, is obtained. Subsequently, the electrode ink for a solid polymer electrolyte fuel cell is manufactured by mixing the catalyst-carrying conductive carbon powder with the polymer electrolyte on it, in a second polymer electrolyte dispersed liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
