PURPOSE:To maintain specified conductivity by the direct contact of carbon fibers mixed to a conductive coating material, to flow a direct current always in good state by direct contact of metal powder even when the direct contact of the carbon fibers is not sufficient, to make a film coated anode rather thin, and to obtain uniform distribution of direct current on the whole surface of a concrete body with anode stripes in a small number disposed with a wider interval. CONSTITUTION:A water-base conductive coating material is prepared by incorporating carbon fiber and one or more kinds of metal powders into the solid content of the coating material, and is applied on the surface of a concrete body to form a conductive coating film as a film coated anode. Then, a film having good adhesion property and/or coating film having good weathering resistance are laminated to form a composite structure. Plural numbers of stripe anodes are provided with a specified interval on the conductive coating film, through which a direct current is caused to flow on the iron reinforcing material in the concrete. |
