FIBER REINFORCED CEMENT COMPOSITE MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve mechanical strength and economic efficiency by incorporating a flyash fiber and an accelerating agent. CONSTITUTION:The flyash fiber 5-15mum in diameter and 20-100nm in fiber length is obtained by melt spinning a flyash which is obtained by burning quartz at 100-1900 deg.C. The flyash fiber(FAF) is blended with an ordinary Portland cement (C) as a matrix so as to be 0.01-0.4 in FAF/C, and then, 0.01-30wt.% accelerating agent is added into the cement and the pH of the cement paste is adjusted to 11-12.
