PURPOSE:To obtain a readily edible roasted vegetable consisting of a roasted vegetable and a baked mushroom, having improved storage stability and excellent flavor and taste. CONSTITUTION:This roasted vegetable consists of a roasted vegetable having 0.01-5wt.% water content and a baked mushroom and may contain roasted grain. Components effective for human body are readily extractable by pouring warm water or boiling and are effectual for recovering fatigue and preventing allergy. |
