PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a battery promptly by forming a battery case part so as to be capable of carrying it in/out of a body case freely in a sliding condition. SOLUTION: A new battery case 3 on which a new battery is placed is prepared at the replacement of battery. An old battery case on which an old battery is placed is carried out from a case body 2 to insert the new battery case 3. The inserted new battery case 2 advances as a result of the guiding arm 34 at the front end being slid and guided on the guiding groove of a body 4 to push a front plate 32. When the battery case 3 advances to a prescribed position, a plug engages with a socket for the battery output terminal of the body 4, and an electric connection between the battery and an electric or electronic part is completed, thus completing the replacement operation of the battery. Only by pushing-in the battery case, it is possible to insert the battery case to an exact position and replace the battery promptly.
