The label is attached to a plastics collar rotatably located between two flanges on the bottle. The peripheral flanges, in the case of a (1-1) bottle, are located 2-3 cm and 14-15 cm from the base of the bottle respectively. The collar is approximately 12 cm high, and can be moved radially about the bottles periphery.
