PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet which facilitates work of injecting a waterproofing agent into the grommet after a bundle of wires are passed into the grommet and the work of arranging the bundle of wires, after they are passed into the grommet. SOLUTION: This grommet comprises a large diameter tube part 13 with a peripheral groove 18 formed therein for engagement with the edge of a slot 17, a wire bundle drawing tube part 14 integrally joined with one side of the large diameter tube part 13 and having an axis (b) tilted at a prescribed angleθwith respect to an axis (a) of the large diameter tube part 13, and a bellows- shaped rib 19 which extends at a position corresponding to a tilt angleθbetween the outer surface of the large diameter tube part 13 and the outer surface of the wire bundle drawing tube part 14 and extending in the direction to broaden the tilt angle, a rib 19 also having an elastic restoring force in the direction for narrowing the tilt angle.
