PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment data storage system and a medical treatment data storage method which can provide the data backup and the management of stored data surely at a low cost, depending on user's needs, through a telecommunication line. SOLUTION: Data (shot image and the like obtained with an endoscope device 12) of medical treatment image or the like stored in a mass storage 14 in a medical care facility 10, through the Internet, is backed up, depending on the contract between a service provider and a recipient, into a backup server 100 under the control of the service provider. In addition, the contract with the service provider is made by accessing from an endoscope server system 13, a personal computer connected to the Internet 1, or the like to a Web terminal 110 for the service provider. |
