PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dining room service system capable of preventing waiter' s tray service mistakes, and eliminating troubles with a customer. SOLUTION: This dining room service system includes, as its features, the following three components: a dish ordering terminal for a register (a) which has an instructing means for transmitting a customer's order pattern on a display for a kitchen in order to display a dish name on the display for the kitchen, and an issuing means for issuing a record card on which the ordering pattern is recorded; a controller for serving (b) having an instructing means which a table number is inputted to and transmits it to the display in the kitchen; and a controller for the kitchen which has the display for the kitchen that displays the dish name and the table name transmitted from the dish ordering terminal for the register (a) and the controller for serving (b), and has a means for printing a tray service slip on which the table name and the like are entered. |
