PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing bubble in an alkali tank of the cleaning facility of a continuous annealing line is provided to promptly remove the bubble by sensing it when bubble is generated, prevent clogging of a filter and safely perform cleaning operation of the filter. CONSTITUTION: In an alkali tank of the cleaning facility of an annealing furnace in which a clean cleaning solution filtered by a filter (20) that is slantly installed in the alkali tank is returned through a return line (120), the apparatus comprises a sensing part consisting of a plurality of sensing rods (10) installed downwardly into a filter tank (110) from the upper part of the dirty side (D) of the filter tank (110), wherein each of the sensing rods (10) have different heights, and a sensing sensor (12) sensing that the contact between the sensing rods (10) and a washing solution; and a filter replacing part consisting of a filter (20) of which the front and back ends are integrally connected to form a simple closed curve, rotation rollers (22,24,26) each of which are installed at both sides of the bottom of the filter tank (110) and the upper part of the clean side (C) of the filter tank (110), and on the outer side of which the filter (20) is put, and a driving motor (28) connected to a rotation axis at one side of a rotation roller (22) among the each rotation rollers (22,24,26) so as to rotate the rotation roller (22).
