PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living-body heating device capable of solving an anisotropy problem of heating characteristics to a magnetic line in a simple constitution and facilitating the handling when indwelling the device in an affected part. SOLUTION: This living-body heating device 1 which is indwelled in the affected part 10b of the living body 10a and heats the affected part 10b by a low-frequency alternating magnetic field of such a level as non-applying any effects of the induction heating on parts other than the affected part 10b, is provided with a heat-emitting section 4 emitting heat by the alternating magnetic field and consisting of ferromagnetic metal, and an outer tube 2 having magnetic shielding property for suppressing the heat emission of the heat-emitting section 4 and biocompatibility and consisting of paramagnetic metal, wherein the heat-emitting section 4 is injected or inserted from one end into the whole part or a part of an empty core section 3 of the outer tube 2, and in the outer tube 2, the range of the ratio of its thickness (t) to the surface depth isδ0.20≤t/δ<1.
