The present invention provides a pressure reducing valve capable of reducing noise by a reflected wave transmitted from a second flow path. The pressure reducing valve reducing a pressure of gas supplied from a first flow path to the second flow path includes: a container shape unit formed in the shape of a container and having an inlet unit connected to the first flow path and an outlet unit connected to the second flow path; a piston inserted into the container shape unit and sliding in an axial direction of the container shape unit on the inner side of the container shape unit and extending a space connected to the inlet unit and the outlet unit to the inner side of the container shape unit; and a spring pressing the piston towards the space. In a view in the axial direction, the outlet unit is located aside from the center of the piston, and a pressing force in which the spring presses the piston is distributed to be biased from the center of the piston to the outlet unit.
