According to the present invention, disclosed is a tire rubber mixer, wherein a rotor rotated around a rotation axis is installed in a chamber. The tire rubber mixer comprises: a transferring belt formed in a ring shape to perform sectional repeated rotation; an upper side driving means for winding and rotating the transferring belt in an upper side on an inner surface of the chamber to make the same become one turnaround point of the transferring belt; a lower side driving means for winding and rotating the transferring belt by being disposed in a lower side on an inner surface of the chamber to make the same become the other turnaround point of the transferring belt; and a pressing means disposed on an inner surface of the chamber to be disposed in a section between the upper side driving means and the lower side driving means and to press the transferring belt toward an inner surface of the chamber. Accordingly, a powder-type material mixed with tire rubber can sufficiently constitute rubber, so a tire rubber mixture which is helpful in producing uniform tires may be mixed. |
