The present invention relates to an antimicrobial composition against an antibiotic-resistant strain containing an artemisia princeps extract as an effective component and, more particularly, to a composition that contains 1 to 64 mg/mL of artemisia princeps extract and has antimicrobial activity against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) that is an antibiotic-resistant strain. The composition according to the present invention is capable of MRSA growth inhibition, MRSA organic acid generation suppression, MRSA biofilm formation suppression, and MRSA virulence factor expression inhibition.
