PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting composition that gives a cured film excellent in thermal yellowing resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance when used for forming a decorative part of a touch panel, to provide a light-shielding decorative printing ink for a touch panel, which can give a decorative part excellent in thermal yellowing resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance, an image display device having a decorative part having high thermal yellowing resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and heat resistance, and a method for manufacturing a touch panel having a white decorative part.SOLUTION: A composition is provided, which comprises: a (meth)acryl copolymer (component A) having a structure derived from a (meth)acrylic acid-modified silicone oil and having less than 2 mass% content of a structure derived from a compound having an oxirane ring and an ethylenically unsaturated bond in one molecule; and 2,2,4-trimethylpentane-1,3-diol monoisobutyrate (component B1).
