A super capacitor includes: collectors prepared to be spaced from each other and to face each other; an organic electrolyte layer interposed between the collectors; a separation membrane dividing the organic electrolyte layer to suppress an electrical short circuit between the collectors; a carbon nano thin film composed of a carbon nanomaterial arranged on the upper surface of each of the collectors in a direction parallel to the upper surface, thereby implementing an AC line filtering device having an improved energy density per volume and a frequency response speed when an operating voltage is extended up to 2.5 V.
