<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion conductor in which ionic conductivity is large and decomposition voltage is high, and provide an all solid lithium ion secondary battery which is superior in cycle characteristics and large current discharge characteristics by using the ion conductor as a solid electrolyte. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium ion conductor is constituted of a compound oxide containing Li, Ta and N, and/or a compound oxide containing Li, Ta, Nb and N. In this all solid lithium ion secondary battery, the solid electrolyte 4 composed of the lithium ion conductor thin film interposed between a positive electrode 3 and a negative electrode 5 is contained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
