CONSTITUTION:A deep water siphon 4, production equipment 2 of ocean thermal energy conversion power generating equipment and fresh water production plant or the like and a discharge pipe 5 are arranged in a reverse U shape, and also immersing a terminal end of the discharge pipe 5 in the seawater W and further arranging a pump 3 in the depth water siphon 4 driven by utilizing wind force. |
