<p>PURPOSE:To provide an occupant crash protection system, which can protect occupants even in the case where collisions are continuously caused in an accident. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with air bags 8a-8c for protecting occupants, gas supplying devices 7a-7c for supplying the gas to each air bag, an acceleration detecting sensor 6 for detecting the acceleration of a vehicle, a MPU 11 for outputting the signal on the basis of a result of the detection of the acceleration detecting sensor 6, and transistor systems 10i, 10j, 10k for receiving the signal from the MPU 11 and for operating the gas supplying devices. The MPU 11 outputs the signal to any one of the transistor systems when collision of a vehicle is judged on the basis of a result of the detection.</p> |
