<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for recycling a coated resin product in which removal efficiency of a paint film, environmental safety and treatment capacity are excellent and a high-quality recycled resin product is obtained. CONSTITUTION:A coated resin product W is cut into several divisions and worked. The cut material 1 is rolled by a roll device 12 equipped with a roll 14 in the paint film side and a roll 13 in the resin material side. In the rolls 13, 14, the circumferential velocities of rotation are different. The rolls 13, 14 are formed into a taper shape, so that the vicinity of an edge becomes large diameter in accordance with transfer to the edge. Further a paint film 2 is peeled from the resin material by adding shearing stress between the resin material 3 and the paint film 2.</p> |
