PURPOSE: To use a communication system when a terminal is moved to the subnetwork in an IP(Internet Protocol) network without changing the address before the terminal is moved. CONSTITUTION: When the portable terminal 32A connected to a subnetwork 22A moves to a subnetwork 22B in the IP network 21 composed of subnetworks 22A to 22C, the server 26A of a subnetwork A holds the disconnection information on the subnetwork A, and the server 26B of the moved subnetwork B holds the information on the server 26A before the moving of the portable terminal 32A and the information on the portable terminal 32A before its moving.
