<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper processor excellent in operability without increasing scale of the processor, even if a stapler is rotated for oblique binding and a staple replenishment. SOLUTION: In a paper processor which is provided with at least a stapler S for binding plural sheets of paper and performs parallel binding and oblique binding for paper by rotating this stapler S relatively to paper, the stapler S is supported by a supporting body constituted of a slider 102 and a base 103 so that the stapler S may be provided with two rotation centers for paper. Rotation by the rotation centers is performed with the other center as a rotation center with each other.
