<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a patient's health by making it possible to grasp the active state of the patient during measurement and report it to a remote medical facility. SOLUTION: This continuous blood pressure measuring method measures fluctuation of the blood pressure of a patient 11 on a 24-hour basis by use of a portable sphygmomanometer 12, a pedometer 13 (trademark), and a cellular phone 15 combined; the patient 11 wears the sphygmomanometer 12 all day long and periodically transfers measurements to an information control server by use of the data communicating function of the cellular phone 15 so as to check the health of the patient from the correlation between fluctuation of blood pressure in everyday life and the count of the pedometer 13.</p> |
