PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a specific member, having a reduced specific gravity while keeping the hardness of the rubber, having improved processability, and hardly reducing other tire performance. SOLUTION: The rubber composition for a bead filler member of the tire, and/or a rubber-reinforcing member for a side-reinforced run flat tire is obtained by compounding 0.5-20 pts.wt. foaming agent-sealed resin containing a chemical foaming agent.
