<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion conductor capable of improving proton conductivity; to provide an energy device, in particular, a fuel cell using it; and to provide its system. <P>SOLUTION: This ion conductor contains an ambient temperature molten salt improved in viscosity and has a polar liquid supply part capable of introducing a polar liquid into its inside from its outside. This energy device is composed by using the ion conductor containing the ambient temperature molten salt improved in viscosity and having the polar liquid supply part capable of introducing the polar liquid into its inside from its outside.
