A plasma display panel is provided to adjust easily color temperature and to obtain an EMI(Electro-Magnetic Interference) shielding effect by diffusing a plurality of particles having color dyes into an inside of a glass substrate thereof. A plasma display panel is formed by coupling an upper substrate and a lower substrate with each other. At least, one of the upper substrate and the lower substrate includes a glass substrate. The glass substrate includes a plurality of diffused particles(100) therein. The diffused particles are formed with balls having a diameter of 1nm to 0.1mm. The diffused particles are formed with one of an insulating material, a metal, and a metal compound. The glass substrate of the upper substrate includes black particles. The glass substrate of the lower substrate includes white particles. The glass substrate of the lower substrate includes non-conductive particles.
