A plasma display device is provided to reduce contact resistance and radiate easily heat from a data drive IC(Integrated Circuit) by forming a heat-sink having an integrated structure. A plasma display panel(200) includes a data electrode. A frame(220) is disposed in a rear surface of the plasma display panel. A plurality of data drive ICs(250) are formed to supply a driving voltage to the data electrode. A heat-sink(230) includes a plurality of heat-radiating protrusions. The heat-sink is fixed to the frame and comes in contact with the data drive ICs. The heat-sink has an integrated structure from a contact area with the data drive ICs to the heat-radiating protrusions. The heat-sink is manufactured by using a die-casting method. At least, one of the protrusions has a sectional area different from a sectional area of another protrusion.
