A flexible cutting board is provided to store easily food stuff in a container by folding itself compared with inconvenience of conventional flexible cutting board. A flexible cutting board comprises a handle(1) formed on its side. The handle can be folded along the line drawn inside. In the flexible cutting board, a surface(2) cutting a food can be folded like the handle along the line. Because the handle and the surface cutting a food is folded at right angle, the food can be easily put in into the container and is shaped like a dust pan.
