The invention relates to a swimming and diving aid comprising a motor and a motor shaft for the transmission of a drive power from the motor to a propeller of the watercraft. According to the invention, the motor shaft is formed from a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic. The use of a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic results in a substantial reduction in weight of the motor shaft and thus of the portable swimming and diving aid. |
